At Obumu Africa GmbH, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your order is not what you expected, we understand and are
here to help.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your item(s) within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at
hello@obumu.africa. We will guide you through the process and usually respond within 24 hours.

2. How to Request a Return

·Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for return.

·If you would like to exchange for another size, product, or a gift card, please include this in your message.

·Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending back the item(s).

3. Return Shipping

·Switzerland & EU Countries: Customers may use the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as the return
is at the customer's risk.

·Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@obumu.africa so we
can resolve the issue.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Custom-made or personalized items are also excluded from returns.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another size, a different item, or a gift card:

·Indicate your preference when requesting the return.

·We will check availability and send the replacement after receiving the original item.

·Shipping charges for the exchanged product will be covered by Obumu Africa GmbH.

·If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

7. Refunds

·Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

·Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

·If the returned product is diminished in value due to unnecessary handling, we reserve the right to deduct compensation from the refund
amount.

·Any additional costs for express or non-standard delivery options selected by the Customer are non-refundable.
