We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Switzerland.  Each piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days, with delivery typically completed within 72 hours of order confirmation.  Shipments are handled by trusted partners such as Swiss Post, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

International Delivery

We proudly serve customers across EU countries.  Given the unique nature of our products, international shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated individually.  After placing your order, you will receive a personalized confirmation outlining the shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframe.

Kindly Note: Your order becomes binding only once you have reviewed and approved these details.  Should you decide not to proceed, your order may be cancelled without obligation.

Order Preparation

Each item is thoughtfully handled and prepared with care.  Orders are processed within 1-2 working days.  While we strive for consistency, delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to external factors

Collection with Obumu Africa

For those nearby, we offer complimentary collection in Alosen (Zug). Simple select Local Pickup at checkout.  You will be notified once your order is ready, and collection can be arranged by appointment at your convenience.

Delivery Considerations

We kindly ask that you ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.  Once dispatched, delivery details can no longer be modified.  In the event of absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will provide further instructions for re-delivery or collection.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt.  Should anything not meet expectations, please contact us within 5 days so we may assist you promptly.
